These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dentume, a platform designed to connect dental professionals and promote good practices in the dental industry. By accessing or using Dentume, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Website.
By accessing or using Dentume, you affirm that you are a licensed dental professional and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 Eligibility
You must be a licensed dental professional to use Dentume. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed dental professional in good standing.
2.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of Dentume, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Professional Conduct
You agree to use Dentume in a manner consistent with good dental practice and professional ethics. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Dentume allows users to post, share, and transmit content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos (“User Content”). By posting User Content on the Website, you grant Dentume a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Website and Dentume’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business.

Dentume disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dentume, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Website; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Website by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Website; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
